We had such a good experience buying our first home with Wanda we went to her again to sell it and find our second home. Right off the bat, Wanda helped us find a better loan officer who was much quicker and responsive than ours. This was crucial to have in a seller's market. Because it was a seller's market, Wanda had to show us multiple homes and draw up multiple offers/bids but she didn't lose patience. With her help we ended up finding the right home for us. Wanda is quick to respond and wonderful to work with. She also sold our first home in record time before the open house. We wouldn't ever enter the selling/buying home market without her help.
